What is Trakop?
Trakop is an integrated SaaS delivery management software that automates delivery business operations like order processing, payment tracking and reconciliation, inventory reports, and delivery management. The software offers complete visibility of the business to the manager and allows customers to track their orders in the real-time. It also sends automated notifications to customers that include payment reminders and low balance notifications. The delivery management software consists of three components – admin panel, a customer interface (iOS, Android, and website), and a driver application (Android).
- Admin Panel – It is the business dashboard for the business manager, which gives complete visibility of the business, ranging from financial figures to operations like the ordering process, payment tracking and reconciliation, inventory tracking, and managing deliveries.
- Customer interface – The software provides mobile applications for both iOS and Android mobile and a website for customers to place a new order, modify or delete an existing order, track orders, receive order status updates and other notifications, and make payments.
- Driver application – The software provides a delivery driver app for Android mobile that contains all the delivery details, like customer details, delivery address and order details. Drivers can modify the orders for the customers in the run-time and can also add a new customer and place an order for him.
